About the fellowship

Built for young strategists who want real political work.

This program is a six-month, high-intensity, hybrid (Online + Offline) internship program designed to groom young students to be political strategists by directly involving them in state-level election strategy, planning and execution; where participants will work closely with experienced political consultants and leadership teams, contributing ideas that translate into real, on-ground political impact. The program paves way for your entry into strategy and electioneering moving beyond theory and media narratives to hands-on strategy, execution, and decision-making.

Eligibility

Age & citizenship Indian citizens below 25 years of age.
Education Students pursuing graduation/post-graduation or recent pass-outs.
Language Proficient in the state's regional language as well as English.
Commitment Can commit a minimum of 5 hours per day for 6 days a week.

This is not a passive classroom programme. Interns contribute to live work, build judgement under pressure, and develop a sharper operating instinct.

The cohort stays intentionally small, with direct mentorship, structured reviews, and strong expectations around consistency and ownership.

Assessment & interview

Shortlisted candidates take the aptitude and language proficiency test and move into the first interview round.
