About the Internship

Built for young strategists who want real political work.

ASPIRE is designed as a selective apprenticeship in political intelligence, campaign research, narrative support, and field execution. Fellows do not just observe. They contribute to live work.

The experience combines analytical training with execution discipline, helping participants build the judgement, communication style, and operational rigor required in electoral environments.

Eligibility

Age & citizenship Indian citizens below 25 years of age.
Education Current students or recent graduates are welcome.
Language Punjabi reading and writing with strong English communication.

This is not a passive classroom program. Fellows contribute to live work, build judgement under pressure, and develop a sharper operating instinct.

The cohort stays intentionally small, with direct mentorship, structured reviews, and strong expectations around consistency and ownership.
